We have our first two semi-finals, PSG and Barcelona, into the semifinals, but not without a whole lot of drama and not without making it a little bit difficult for themselves.

So I've had to call in some podcast royalty, some sports podcast royalty all the way across the other side of the Atlantic.

Mike and I have worked together for a long time across a variety of different things.

This man is a producer extraordinaire, broadcaster extraordinaire, and I'm excited to sit down and chat

about these two games with you, Mike. I mean, I think the point here that we could probably

start with before we get into them individually is that both PSG and Barcelona were big favorites

coming into tonight. They are the two favourites to go and win the Champions League

outright. And there wasn't loads, it felt like, of jeopardy for either of them, a little bit

more for PSG having to go to Villa Park, but bus owner felt like they were almost through.

Now, both of them have got through, but it did feel like perhaps they took their foot off the

gas a little bit
