For the Final Fallon Podcast, as if we've done everything right and pushed the right buttons,

then this is our first with Spotify and a megaphone.

So, huge thanks to SoundCloud and all they did,

or wherever, because that's where the Final Fallon Podcast is now, and from now on.

Who better to have on as we preview Champions Day,

then arguably the first lady of the Final Fallon Podcast,

although there's probably going to be a fight to the death between yourself and K-Tracy one of these days.

Hi, did have me back thanks a minute, but yeah, I should say there have been a few other women on the show as well,

but very, very good.

Lizzie Kelly went down a storm, and Lizzie will be back on zoom,

but it's because the jump season is kicking in.

Don't think for a second that Lucy's going anywhere.

Lucy is to write out for Richard Fahay, which knows her stuff when it comes to all

sentences of racing, and we're looking forward to her insight and her knowledge.
