I was reading an article online about the tradition of giving two weeks notice when you leave a job.

It's not, I mean, it's courtesy, right? It's not a legal requirement. We've all kind of gotten

our heads that you have to give two weeks notice. But more and more, apparently that's going

out the window. So in this article, they were saying that, look, you know, most employees in America now

are in what are called at-will relationships with their jobs.

You can be fired at any time for any reason.

And your employer doesn't have to give you a minutes notice.
