Hello! Hello, hello, hello, beautiful and wonderful mixologist out there.

It is your girl, Moni, we think.

She's stitching herself together minute by minute, set up by second.

I'm still dipping myself up right now to become a full function in human.

Y'all, it has been a week.

All bad news.

No good news.

But for me, I decided to take control of my destiny and my future.

And by doing so, did I make a life change or career change?

Not intentionally.

Did I eat healthier?

No.

Did I make any personal growth?

Not really.

But what I did do was reach out and touch somebody that I knew would help me celebrate the

rest of the Black History of Month, make me feel better,

and help me get through the brain rot that I, of TV, that I have purposely dove into to

escape all of my problems and the rest of the world's problems because y'all got a lot of

them.

And that person is Kara Berry,

host of everyone's business, but mine.

And she is here to help me turn around this week for us all because she is just like that.
