Hello again, beautiful star seed, and welcome back to another expand podcast episode with

yours truly, Elizabeth April. So, how are you? Have you checked into yourself lately? How's your inner child doing? How are you emotionally? What do you need? What is not

working in your life? These are all such important questions to ask. And before we dive into the topic of today,

I want to give you maybe a little to bit of homework,

maybe a little bit of, you know, motivational information. They say, and I actually don't remember

where I received this information from, like I feel like it must have been my spirit guides or maybe the GFL. It was a while

ago, though. And basically, the information came through that the easiest time to manifest, the easiest

time to take control over your reality is when we are in a more lucid state.

Now, of course, you can be in a lucid state when meditating, but we are also in very lucid states

right before going to bed, in the middle of the night, and when we wake up in the

morning. So here's what I recommend. The best time I think to do this is right before bed or right

in the morning. If you're going to go to bed at 10 p.m., Maybe go to bed at 9.30 and spend that extra half an hour

quieting your mind, closing your eyes, and setting intentions for the life that you want to live,

for the reality that you want to create. Likewise in the morning, set your alarm 30 minutes before you typically usually get up

and do the same thing. Lay there with your eyes closed in that lucid state and create the life

that you want to exist in. So I don't know why I just felt called to tell you that, but I do recommend checking

into yourself more often. I do this quite often. You know, I've done this for the past,

probably three or four years now. And especially when I'm going through times of hardship or

emotional struggles or moments of vulnerability, I will tune into myself.

And just throughout the day, just giving myself that extra two seconds, I could be washing the

dishes or watching TV or, you know, writing in my journal or, you know, in the middle of

uploading a YouTube video or what have you.
