0:49.2 | every year in fact more than one time a year I will find myself when I'm doing research or I'm putting together a leadership talk going back to that book. It is so incredibly worn out and every page is underlined. |

1:04.2 | individual leader sharing their insights or even their story. It's two |
1:09.1 | researchers that interviewed and did research with a whole lot of leaders, |
1:13.0 | effective leaders. |
1:14.0 | And so their conclusions are database, not just insight-based. |
1:18.0 | And early in the book, they introduced the importance of continually challenging the status quo in any organization. |
