Rucker. We have plenty of baseball to discuss on the podcast. It has been a

minute since we reconvened here on the pod Tennessee has since beat

Kentucky in a very important series to keep its hopes alive in the NCAA tournament. Tennessee beat Belmont on Tuesday night at

Lindsay Nelson Stadium in the final regular season home game and then this weekend on Thursday night

beginning on Thursday night Tennessee has a very important series at

South Carolina getting underway and in less than a week we will be in Hoover technically in less than a week we will be in Hoover.

Technically in less than a week Tennessee could have already been one and done in

Hoover because Wes and I are recording this on a early Wednesday afternoon

for Tennessee's sake.

Hopefully they're not one and done.

And selfishly for my sake, I hope that they don't go one and done

because I absolutely love the SEC baseball tournament. I love Hoover. Well, when I say I love Hoover, not the actual town, but just the SEC baseball aspect of Hoover. I'd like to spend more than one day in Hoover. So hopefully

Tennessee does not go one and done at the SEC baseball tournament. But first

things first, Wes, that that series win this past weekend against Kentucky was very very important and

Sunday was ugly game three was ugly but they looked pretty good picking up that

series win for the most part they did

Ben and I think what's interesting to me is you know baseball is a sport

where you can have you can have really like good days or really really bad days in really good weeks and I think

that's something that for some people it's just kind of hard to put their minds around that
