0:20.2	I am embracing the stillness and silence this moment has to offer, feeling safe, protected
0:29.9	and relaxed. I am content. I am at peace and I am grateful for all that I have and all
0:42.0	that I am. From this state of relaxation and gratitude, I am unblocking and unlocking
0:52.1	my crown chakra, allowing it to activate. I am envisioning now a beautiful, violet light
1:02.3	washing over me from head to toe, washing through all of myself, dissolving any blockages
1:12.2	or sources of stuck, stagnant, dark energy. Anything that weighs me down or holds me back
1:21.8	is now being dissolved by this healing radiant, violet light. As this violet light washes
1:32.5	over and through me, I feel revitalized and I reset. With my crown chakra now open, activated
