Hello friends, it's your old pal Ariel Hawani back with a brand new edition of the pod.

As always, we got a lot to talk about, the world of MMA,

and I'm going to be joining my good friend, Chelpie Sun,

and to make sense of it all, but holy smokes,

there's a lot going on outside of the world of MMA these days as well.

As you probably know, a lot going on in the world these days regarding systemic racism

and police brutality, all kinds of protests, a lot of people speaking up,

and there's tremendous work being done right here at ESPN,

regarding this subject that is near and dear to many people's hearts.

So to make change, we all know that we have to listen to one another and hear different perspectives.

So I urge you to find some of those unique perspectives.
