0:17.7	Hello, how are you? Thank you for coming back. It's the end of summertime. I know that because my neighbors pulled their dock out, and I don't think that's cool. That's a real mind screw to everybody around them. But it doesn't matter. Across from me, as always, is Cyrus Amundsen. You don't pull your dock out in August, you asshole. You wait until October when your neighbors are like, why isn't this guy pulling his dock out?

0:41.4	They have a mantra over there that were the last one's in and the first one's out.

0:50.6	Now, these neighbors are awesome, but they take their dock.
