Hey everybody, we are back for part two of our discussion about the preliminary hearing for Chad Daybell today.

We're gonna jump right in.

It's been a long day.

Yes.

A really long day.

I'm emotionally tired.

Yeah, I know, and it seemed to be it was like draggy because if they had a sidebar they had to like leave or if the courtroom got hot.

Yeah, apparently they must not, I guess with them being where they are they don't run air conditioner I

guess as much as people like us in the South well I think what it might be it

sounds kind of loud yeah I think it makes a loud noise so they have to turn it off maybe. I don't know but I also do believe I saw something about extreme heat up there. So who knows but there were a lot of quick recesses and yeah, so what are your impressions right now

fruit loop? I think they're in major trouble.

Oh yeah, I think they're, they're, yeah, they're in deep.

Yeah, I mean, we talked about about it's what they have to prove one overt act yeah and I think you

could stop right now and the judge could say, okay, yeah, there's enough evidence. Let's go.

I think so too. We really haven't learned a ton today that was kind of explosive evidence but I feel like between the body

cam the two different body cam footages that we got to hear we didn't get to

see it they're not showing any of the

evidence on the stream, but luckily we're able to hear it. I think with the body cam

and then the big call with Melanie Gibbb that ended the day she will be on
