Goods host Emily Flippin. Today I am joined by Motley Fool's senior analyst,

Osset Sharma, and we're going to talk about what is apparently

a very controversial company going public by way of a SPAC.

Emily, thanks for having me.

And this is usually the part of the podcast where I come in with a lame pun,

but I confess I really couldn't come up with a good one, so I will have to revert to pop

culture and quote the great Mr. Rogers and say it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood.

That is great and And honestly, when I think about the name here for Next Door, I think they've really hit the nail on the

head.

It's a name that I think a lot of our viewers, especially if you're homeowner, you're probably familiar with it.

And I have to say in our very preliminary research, which was generally just talking with our analyst team about this company,

I found that there were very divisive opinions on both sides of the fence here.

Some people loved it and other people really hated it and you know when I

reached out to you Osset to jump in on this this podcast we both agreed
