Today I'm joined by a Motley Fool's senior analyst

Osset Sharma as we talk about D Local. It's a business that is attempting to

streamline the online payment processing systems for emerging markets across the world.

Ausset, thank you so much for joining as always.

Emily, thank you so much for having me and I am delighted to talk about D-local today.

It's a name that I've seen kind of fly across my desk periodically over the past couple of months,

but I do say I think it's the name that has been putting me off of studying this business but I finally got around to looking through its S1 earlier last week and I was like well this, this is kind of interesting. We should slot it in for an

episode of industry focus, give us an opportunity to chat about it. I know the payment processing

space has been not only a really interesting place to invest, but a really

lucrative place to invest for many people.

So I thought, maybe this slides right in and I will say, as I got deeper and deeper into this business I was surprised and like

many businesses this did send me down a little bit of a rabbit hole in terms of management

and their backgrounds but we'll get to that.

Yes, I want to point out that the name doesn't really roll off the tongue, and I had seen this

come across my screens as well. In fact I think I mentioned to you that I've seen the
