Debate night.

Yeah, you want to debate.

Look at some of these ratings EA sports put out today. Like,

yeesh, I don't ever talk about this stuff and I'm talking about it on tonight's show.

Hat tip to the fine folks over at CNN, regardless of what you feel about their network.

They did in the 11th hour agree to start the presidential debate tonight after late kick-ins.

And, you know, we remember a couple

of years ago the Oscars chose not to, and we remember what happened to the ratings of the Oscars that

year. So CNN learning where the Oscars failed. We're jam-packed. We're high atop in an electric

downtown Nashville, Tennessee. It is Thursday night, June 27th, the year of Our Lord, 2024. Do you sense what's happening with

rivalries, not just in college football? Certainly it's been a very, very colorful week in baseball

in the state of Texas, but it's going to bleed over. And there's some stuff happening in several

rivalries in this sport that I think may end up just, it's like exploding

this fall. I'm going to talk about that. I got a whole lot of what ifs. I've got bold predictions.

I've got a very interesting question that we're going to hit in a little while about how Kirby

Smart gets treated by the media and by the college football public at large, and does it match how he should

be treated? Very interesting. I thought it was going to be like a 30-second answer, but I ended up

thinking maybe we can do an entire segment on that. The ACC, I think, has just dropped the ball.

Just flat out drop the ball. This should be a lot better conference than they are. I got a

question about that that I'm going to pose an answer to tonight.
