We now know who is in the bracket.

And boy, this is going to be a good one because it wasn't a tough decision for the committee to pick the four teams.

By the end of Saturday night, we knew it was going to be LSU, Ohio State, Clemson, and Oklahoma.

There really wasn't much an argument, even though Rob Mullins, the committee chair,

said there was some discussion between 12 and 1 Big 12 champ Oklahoma and 11 and 2 SEC runner-up,

Georgia.

I'm not sure it was all that intense a debate, though.

The intense debate was at number one.

Would Ohio State, which supplanted LSU a few weeks ago, stay there, or would LSU

jump back into the top spot?

And this is a very big deal this year because, you know, in some cases you've had that the top two teams in the playoff felt like they were kind of head and shoulders above everybody else or everybody felt a little bit even.

That's not the case this year.

It feels like there are three teams that really could make the claim of being the best team in the country.

They're all undefeated.

They're all conference champs.

Oklahoma is the fourth.

I don't want to give them short shrift, but they did lose a game and they don't feel as complete as these other three teams.
