1:01.7	going to be talking about the fiscal rules. I mean, I remember back in 2020, the CR had a
1:08.1	webinar with Pascal Donahoo, Ireland's finance minister and president to the Eurogroup.
1:13.2	And he said they were going to start the reform discussion of the European fiscal rules.
1:18.3	Then he, i.e. 2020, he hoped for proposals in 2021.
