All of a sudden, though, that's changing.

We take a look at the right-to-repair movement and what to make of Apple's surprise move.

First up, though.

Talks on the Iran nuclear deal resumed yesterday in Vienna, the first time since hardliner

Ebrahim Raeisi became Iran's president in the summer.

Negotiators from Europe, China, and Russia joined Iranian counterparts to find a path back to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA, or to bash out a new deal.

Not in the room are American negotiators.

Iran hasn't spoken to them since then-P-Trump tore up the deal in 2018.

The JCPOA put limits on Iran's nuclear enrichment program

in exchange for the lifting of many economic sanctions.

As those sanctions came back into force,

Iran got right back to work,

enriching uranium, edging ever closer to real weapons capability. In the meantime, the diplomacy

hasn't gone anywhere. But after the first day of this week's negotiations, things were all
