There's an article by Christopher Gasper in the Globe going over just how poorly the Celtics

managed those picks that they had, that treasure trove of picks that they had from 2014 to 2020 and all the misses

and all the second round picks they kept they've made 13 second round picks since 2015 but but let's

but let's not look at this as being that's the reason that this team isn't playing well.

With these same pieces, most of the same pieces, you know, they've reached the Eastern Conference finals several times.

This is a completely different, weird thing that's going on.
