All I know is I went to game five of the Sixers series, and I looked at both benches, and I saw Yorger, the ex-Memphis and Sacramento coach, and Sam Casale sitting next to Doc Rivers. And I looked over to the Celtic staff, and no disrespect. They're young, hungry guys, probably very good, but I didn't know who any of them were.

And that's a problem, especially when you have a first year, 34-year-old head coach. They're already making good moves. I love it. I love Sam Cassell. I loved him as a player. He was good here. He knows his role. he understands the game. He's been rumored to be a head coach in a lot of different spots. I think he will be a head coach soon.

Stephen Silas. I also think they need a Tom Tibado type player type coach like Doc Rivers had.

Somebody hand the defense over to one guy. You work with the offense. Let somebody else coach the

defense, a defensive expert who's going to implement different game plans from night to night. Zone, man, switching, you know, change, make adjustments. That's what Tibado did. If you went to the Celtics practice during those days, Doc Rivers didn't say a word, practice when they were teaching defense. It was all about Tibido. The Celtics need somebody like that.

Maybe Casal, maybe Steven Silas.

I don't know who it is, but they need somebody who specializes on defense. Okay, you thought last year that there was a little bit of a dynamic there of Udoka's staff left over, Missoula, maybe, you know, not all perfect fits on the staff. Now you have Kissel, who is designed to be a head coach, sort of looming over Missoula's shoulder.

Could that possibly be problematic?

It could be. fits on the staff. Now you have Kassel, who is designed to be a head coach, sort of looming over

Missoula's shoulder. Could that possibly be problematic? It could be, but I don't think so, because I

think Sam Kassal is too much class. He has too much experience in this league. He understands

how it works. I'm sure he came in and presented himself and said, listen, I want to help

this situation. I know if we're good, then I will get my opportunity somewhere else.
