Harley, welcome to the podcast, brother.

0:02.3

Thanks for having me.

0:03.2

I want to start off with something that I think will be super helpful for our audience.

0:08.3

You have some pretty nuanced and maybe for some people some controversial takes when it comes

0:15.4

to the topic of diet and especially weight loss.

0:19.6

where they're doing something short term, whether it be a fast or a cleanse or

1:12.3

something that is really, really short form. I think that's a big one for me. Another one is

1:17.9

over dependence on a certain ingredient or supplement. So, you know, people will lean too hard on a

1:24.7

one powder or a pill or a capsule or one food thinking that there's

1:28.9

such a thing as a superfood. I think that's a challenge. And I think overcomplicated meal plans

1:37.1

where there's, you know, I remember reading South Beach diet when it came out. And if you lived in
