That sounds? Remember he was working out for it and then I saw him posting a video of him, like they were like doing steps.

They were working out and so we just party and now we could get our workout.

He's incorporating that cold plunge into his routine as well.

I think he hangs out a lot with Joe Roggan and he's a big cold

lunch guy he sure is I'll get there I've got the cold plunge I'm gonna try it

we did it in a and one of our family vacations. I liked it.

It was like very refreshing and you feel more awake afterwards.

But again, you got to make sure you check with your doctor

because if you have some preconditions with your heart and stuff.

Make sure that you were good to go and then do all that cold punch stuff.

If given the chance for all three of us, we should see who can stay in there the longest.

They know cold plunge?

Yeah. I could do it. It's not how long you stay in there. It's about the shock. Yeah, it's getting in. Once you're in it's good. Between all three of us, I think I could I could be in there longer. I'm just so thankful you left me and Anna out we don't want to do that. Yeah

Anna hates the cold. I'm down but I don't mind losing.
