About a month ago, Fiona and her husband sailed a transatlantic voyage. It was a repositioning cruise aboard Celebrity Apex from Southampton to Port Everglades down in Fort Lauderdale. me yeah i appreciate you offering to do this today before we get to the ship itself as we always do

we're going to take a step back as you mentioned before we started recording you live just north of

london so give me some pre-cruced thoughts what made you want to hop on this ship down in southampton

and take it over to the U.S.?

Yeah, well, we've cruised quite a lot in various destinations.

We've certainly sailed around the Caribbean.

We've sailed around the Mediterranean and also the South Pacific a few years ago.

And we love our cruising, but we've never done a few years ago. And we love our cruising.

But we'd never done a transatlantic.

And we had the opportunity to take a little bit of holiday in the run-up to Christmas.

We didn't know what to do.

And my husband said, let's do a transatlantic.

I think we should do one at least once you try it.

So we last cruised in February on the beyond around the Southern Caribbean, and we just loved the edge class ship.

You know, we really liked it.
