Hello and let me welcome you to International Women's Day. It is such a pleasure to be with

everyone on this very, very special day. And so I couldn't not have a theme about celebrating

women. Celebrating women. And that means we get to celebrate ourselves because it's not just enough anymore

to like be a good sister and cheer each other on. You know, there was a time when it wasn't like that.

And then there's been a lot of the sisterly love happening, which I think is amazing.

But right now, I believe the deepest work for us all

is to go into a really, really, really deep inquiry on what it means to love yourself.

Love yourself with a capital L. Love yourself and be there for yourself.

Love there with all of your shadow sides and your edges.

Love yourself and celebrate yourself for your wins. Have compassion for yourself on the times

when it didn't quite hit the mark and the way that is like the best representation

of you. And to be able to love yourself through all of it, that is love. Right. That's when we
