One of the things that impressed me about it is you said that this is a film 40 years in the making.

Actually, I think it's my whole life. But 40 years in the making, I've been like sort of collecting these like little nuggets, little magic moments with remarkable but ordinary people

on topics like courage, creativity, connection, love, all the little values that add up to gratitude.

And during the pandemic, I wasn't able to go out in film, so it was a perfect time to kind
