I had a very satisfying day yesterday because I spent a big chunk of my afternoon shredding paper.

Have you ever used one of those shredding machines? I feel like it's so

satisfying. You hear like the crunch. The crunch of the paper is it's turned into

shreds, which is what we use to destroy confidential documents, right?

We don't want people finding our Social Security, our bank details, our address,

whatever it may be that's confidential that we don't want out there in the world,

we shred it. Funny side note, whenever I put stuff in my

trash on my Mac computer and I hear that crunch when I empty the trash, I find

that very satisfying too.

Tell me you have these quirks with me.

But yesterday we had a bit of a clear up

because my husband just got a standing desk in his office,

which is always a great opportunity to get rid of a lot of crap am I right?

This is actually one of the reasons I love moving even because I feel like you have a really big cleanse or you know when you purchase something new in your home often it can

spark this energy to start clearing out old things which is very good energetically.

But anyway I digress that is not the point of this episode today nor is shredding paper

but well as I was doing some shredding heth was like make sure you black out all this

com you know all this confidential info before putting it in the

shredder. I was looking at the pieces of paper that we were reading and it turns out

it was material tax returns from 2014 and 2014 is the last year that I ever had in my life

as an employee and so our tax returns as a married couple were filed together and it showed our salaries.
