I'm your host, Paula Phelps, and this week I'm talking with Casey Johnson, Live Happy's marketing manager,

to learn more about the new gratitude challenge that we're

launching. Casey is going to talk about how you can be a part of this challenge and what it just

might do for your brain. Then she's going to stick around and tell us about some cool new things

going on at LiveHapy.com and even help you with your holiday shopping list. Well, Casey, thank you

for coming on Live Happy Now. Thank you for having

me. This is so fun because you and I have conversations all the time and we've just never done it

with a microphone on. This is like a great time to introduce people to you and tell them a little bit

about what you do because you are so important

for helping get the live happy message out there. So tell us, like you've been with Live Happy

for how long and tell us what it is that you do. Yeah, so I'm our e-commerce marketing manager.

So I oversee all things digital. So our website, social media, email, store, all of that stuff.

And I'm grateful to be here because, as you know, I started as an intern years ago.

So it's been a wild ride.

Yeah.

Also, you make sure our social media gets out there and that people know that the podcast is out there.

And so that to me is very important. And I appreciate that you do that for us every week.

my favorite month. And it's not just because my birthday's in November, but it's because November is
