0:33.9	three copies of their 21st chromosome. Let's back up and talk about what that means.
0:40.5	Chromosomes are tiny threads that house our genetic information. They're in every cell of your
0:46.0	body, and they carry the instructions for how to make you. Most of the time, chromosomes come in pairs,
0:52.5	so people have two copies of each of our 23 chromosomes.
0:57.3	People with Down syndrome have three copies of the 21st chromosome, which is why March 21st, or
1:04.8	321, 321, is when we celebrate world down syndrome day.
