It is Women's History Month. We've got International Women's Day in just a couple of days. And what the listeners may not know is I do some work with you on your Built to win podcast. And what shines through so much on that is your passion for supporting and empowering other women. |

| 1:37.8 | way, you know, being on the receiving end of those situations. With growing up, my mom was |

| 1:46.0 | workshops and, you know, whether they were women conferences or workshops and I would attend |
| 1:51.2 | with her, even though the majority of the people would be adults, I would be there kind of listening |
| 1:55.7 | and in the experience. And I just always felt very fulfilled and like my cup was filled through those experiences. |
| 2:02.2 | And so then as I started getting older, I started being asked to be on the presenting side and helping teens with, you know, self-confidence, self-image issues, mentorship programs, even through big brothers, big sisters. |
