Okay, I lied.

I said to you all on Friday that I would see you back here Monday, having a brain freeze and forgetting that Monday was a holiday. So I hope you all had a good Memorial Day yesterday. I know I go on and on about the New York Knicks, but even if it wasn't the team that I grew up rooting for, what they were accomplishing right now was just unbelievable. A four-game sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers, preceded by a four-game sweep

of the Philly 76ers. Eleven straight wins in the playoffs and what's even more remarkable is

the way they're doing it. I mean, I'm a purist in the playoffs and what's even more remarkable is the way they're doing it. I mean,

I'm a purist in the sense that I love to see a lot of great passing. The ball moved around.

And the Knicks have, they are just a machine right now. They ended up beating the calves,

which never learned to adjust to the fact that New York was pushing up the ball and, you know, hitting the open man or dishing it inside.

130 to 93, and almost 40-point win in the second game in Cleveland.

Now, they're in the finals, first time since 1999. And, you know,

I think the conventional wisdom is, we don't know who they're going to face because the Oklahoma

City Thunder, which won the championship last year, has been beaten twice and is that series tied at 2-2 with the San Antonio Spurs.

So it shows that Oklahoma City can be beaten.

It probably helps if you have, you know, 8-5 Wembe.
