I want to talk about something that I think is perhaps one of the biggest

accomplishments that the informed consent action network has been a part of the

high-wire things that we work towards. I want to talk about a lawsuit that we had

against the CDC that took over a year and a half in the making but we announced it

earlier actually last year in March. On March 3rd we finally want to

lawsuit against the CDC. We had been asking questions especially about the

connection between vaccines and autism which as we know Mr. Walsh at the Forbes

magazine is saying we don't have evidence of the science that we're talking

about that is baseless we will take him to court because of really in some

ways what I'm about to talk to you about. We pressed the CDC and said many of

the diagnosis of autism were happening at six months old so that means that if

vaccines do contribute to autism it could be in one of those six vaccines. On your

website you say vaccines do not cause autism we would like to see every trial

and study that you reference to come to that conclusion that all vaccines do

not cause autism and we looked at the first six vaccines in the first six months

of life given in about 20 doses things that included a hep B, hip, hepatitis B,

polio what trials were done to say that those don't cause autism we know you

looked at the MMR but what about the ones especially D-TAP that so many

parents as I was traveling the country of back said we're causing their

child's autism right before their eyes. Well the CDC responded in March we did a

show I explained it to you how we had won this lawsuit because what they

provided was 20 studies that did not address any of those first six vaccines.
