0:52.6	And I'm still working on that because in December, the 113 Congress passed all kinds of giant

1:01.5	And for those of you who are longtime listeners or even
1:03.9	listeners to the last episode you're probably expecting this episode to be
1:08.8	about the budget and it's not not even close to being finished with it. But what this episode is today is a very short episode. It's a experimental episode like quite a few of the last ones have been because I'm afraid that we're going
1:24.4	to get really far behind again and so I figured perhaps during the weeks that
1:30.1	Congress is actually in session even though I don't have the time to read
1:33.9	every bill that passes I can definitely tell you what went on you know I can tell you
1:38.1	what did pass and how it went down and do it very briefly and so this is going to be the first of those episodes and we'll try
