Summary

Now that the government is back up and running and the American public has looked away, the House of Representatives got back to work privatizing our government. H.R. 3080 takes the first steps towards privatization of water projects typically done by the Army Corps of Engineers, using entirely fixable budget issues as the justification. 1:25.9	for like two and a half, three weeks.
1:28.1	And because of that, in the immortal words of Josh Lyman,
1:31.6	You know, I'm so sick of Congress I could vomit and so naturally
1:35.4	what do people do when they're that sick of something they look away they move
1:39.8	on they pay attention to more pleasant things like the Red Sox being in the World Series.
