0:28.5	of you who have never heard this show before the concepts pretty simple
0:31.7	every week I read the bills that are passing
0:34.2	the House of Representatives and I tell you what's in them because the news isn't
0:38.0	telling you and somebody has to. So this week was a pretty interesting week. There were two significant bills that were passed.
0:47.0	Neither one of them will be signed by the president into law.
0:50.0	But there were some interesting bills that were passed under something called suspension.
0:54.0	Suspension bills are ones that are pretty much guaranteed to pass because they have overwhelming support.
0:59.0	And there were a few bills that I'm going to talk about that passed like that that might become law.
1:04.1	I'll talk about those at the end of the show.
1:06.1	But the big thing I want to talk about in what most of this episode is going to be dedicated
1:09.6	to is the Keystone Excel pipeline because we passed a bill this week that's going to,
1:14.9	well, it's not like it's going to get signed in the law.
1:17.6	But the idea is that it would cancel the permit requirements
1:20.6	for the project for thestone Excel pipeline.
1:22.7	So since a lot of people don't know what that is,
1:25.0	I'm going to give you the full scoop on the keystone
