Hey everybody and welcome to an addition of Coaches Corner. I was thinking

about what I wanted to do this week for Coaches Corner and after the reaction

I've gotten to this week's episode on finally feeling good enough,

I decided that I wanted to read you something that I actually read in the very first episode

of this podcast.

It was something I wrote maybe five years ago

or something like that when I realized that

everyone deals with this major misunderstanding of not being good enough.

I actually wrote it when I was sitting in the classroom at the University of Santa Monica

where I got my spiritual psychology degree and at the time I was on

faculty for the program so I had about 25 students and I would listen to all the group

shares and just person after person would stand up and share so

courageously and so vulnerable and at the core of almost every share was this

deep misunderstanding that they weren't good enough or something was wrong with them or

something was broken. And on one of the breaks I was just so completely inspired and

moved and also just having my own insights about where I believed I wasn't good enough and really starting to feel and

remember the truth of who I am.

And this writing that I'm about to read you is what came through.

So I hope it touches you and I hope it serves you and I hope it reminds you of the truth of who you are.

When you were born, you were totally aware of these truths, you are whole and complete.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. You are worthy and deserving.

You are a spiritual being having a human experience. You can trust the universe.
