Hi everybody and welcome to our first episode of 2021. Happy New Year. I hope that

you had a rejuvenating New Year's Eve and took some time to do the ritual

2020 and another one on really visualizing and manifesting 2021. And

Remember that any time around the new year, really all of January is a good time to do new

year ritual reflections.

They don't feel like, oh my gosh, I didn't do it.

December 31st and January 1st let that perfectionist go

trust and divine timing and just maybe set a day on your calendar where you can

spend some time doing these rituals and my rituals are just suggestions so don't feel like you

have to do it exactly the way I instruct really use your own inner guidance your your own creativity, your own intuition, and if you like the structure I provide, then great.

As you come into the new year, the new year is always an invitation to set some new habits.

And one of the ways that I teach to set new habits, because when we throw in a lot of things,

like I'm going to start exercising and meditating every day and

eating organic only and all these other things that we tend to pile on in the beginning of the new year.

It overwhelms us on both a conscious and unconscious level.

And then by end of January, February, for sure, March, most of our new year's quote-unquote resolutions have

fizzled and so instead of piling on all the stuff you want to do I suggest
