Now the past few weeks the theme of the coaches corner has been love and

relationships. I answered questions on love and relationships.

couples conversation and this week I have a special gift for you. So Steph and I created something called the Sacred Union

process, which is meant for couples. You could actually honestly do it with yourself

and really deepen in your relationship with yourself.

Either way, it's a beautiful process.

And what it is, it's about a 45 minute guided experiential exercise and we created this because

when we go and facilitate at our events or at other people's events on masculine and feminine polarity and

healing and dynamics. We generally put people through an experiential process

similar to this and the last one we did was at my friend Aubrey

Marcus's fit for service event and it was so powerful that we decided we wanted to

create a process that any couple could do anywhere without us having to physically be there.
