Today I'm going to be answering one of the most common questions we're getting lately because I'm talking a lot about my signature retreat that's coming up in March and Jill and I are both getting a lot of questions about what exactly happens at this retreat.

facilitating retreats of all different kinds for gosh almost a decade now. What I'm

talking about on this episode is my signature retreat. I also do retreats in Bali. I also do retreats

for coaches, health coaches, life coaches. But my signature retreat is really the most transformational

work I do with people in a short amount of time.

Over a decade ago I was at a point in my life where I had a lot of awareness.

I had a coach, I had read so many personal personal growth books I had been to different workshops

and had all this information and insight in my head but nothing was

changing and that's because the information wasn't integrated it

wasn't embodied I was too intellectual about things I was too mental about things I

wasn't doing a lot of experiential work.
