And so in this last little quickie from me, I wanted to talk about tough love and the people

that have helped me in very profound ways.

I've been blessed to work with some amazing coaches and mentors and teachers.

I've talked about them before, but I wanted to dive a little deeper into some of the lessons and this

coaches corner was inspired by two things first of all I was at a dinner party

recently and we had a facilitated conversation, which was great.

Dinner parties are always even more fun

when there's a question for everyone to ponder and answer.

It just helps people be more vulnerable

and connect on a deeper level.

And the question was, who has been someone

that has helped you in an unexpected and profound way?

And the way I answered has to do with someone that I'm going to talk about in this episode.

And the second thing that inspires this coaches corner is recently I've had some retreats and some client sessions where I've done a little tough love. I've said some things that in some

things where I've done a little tough love. I've said some things that maybe we're

uncomfortable for people to hear. Of course it always rides on the

energy of love, but giving that kind of tough love, giving the truth but giving that kind of tough love giving the truth when it's not

sugar-coated is often difficult to give and even more difficult to receive. So my message to you today is to be willing to really

hear the truth, be willing to be totally raw and transparent and

available for feedback. Sometimes the feedback can be hard to hear.
