So today I have a conversation about high conflict personalities and narcissists, covert

narcissists and people with narcissistic tendencies.

And this is becoming more and more of a conversation.

I think those kind of high conflict personalities and personality disorders have been around for a long time.

We're becoming more aware of them.

And if you listen to this show, I'm going to guess

you've had a relationship with someone like that.

Perhaps you've been someone like that.

But most likely you've been the child of someone or the partner

of someone, the spouse of someone, in business with someone with high conflict, personality

or personality disorder. In this episode, we're specifically talking about narcissism.

And it is a tough one, especially for those of us that are empaths are highly sensitive.

And it seems like there's such an attraction between an empath and a narcissist.

And oftentimes we get into the illusion or delusion that it's our fault.

We're doing something wrong and we need to fix them. And then we also get

attached to trying to help them see our side of things. And with these kind of personality

types, it just never really happens. So you'll notice with my guest, Rebecca Zung, who I'll
