The full moon was yesterday and what an intense time it just seems like it keeps

getting more intense and so I want to check in with you. How are you doing with the intensity?

How are you doing with your self-care?

How are you doing at removing yourself from your phone and the news

and getting out in the earth and

grounding yourself in grass and and connecting with soul family people that you

really love and

doing the things that remind you that everything's okay and I know you may hear that and say well Christine everything's not okay the world's a mess and there's truth to that but in this moment in

this very very moment just take a breath and say to yourself I'm'm okay, I'm safe, and everything's okay.

Because from my point of view, in order to ride this intense wave,

and in order to make the changes that were really being called forward to make,

if we're in freak out panic mode, not going to be great.

I'm thinking now situations in my life that have been

intense or scary and when I've panicked I didn't respond so well because my brain wasn't working the way it needed to be and I was more reactive than responsive.

But in situations where I've been responding but from a calm place not from a freaked out place.

I've been able to handle things better and I learn a lot from my husband in this respect

he has an incredible gift for staying calm in dangerous or

intense situations and I see firsthand his ability to respond with the most aligned action, the action that in any given situation is going
