1:25.0 | These statistics remind me of how important it is to pay attention to mental health and undo the stigmas. |
1:31.0 | There's so much shame around depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, any of the mental illnesses. |
1:37.0 | The people suffer in silence rather than really reach out for help. |
