Hello everyone and happy new year.

Happy 2022.

I can't believe it's 2022, I feel like it's just been 2020 forever.

But here we are into a new year.

I hope you all had a beautiful holiday season and you know the new year, I said this in

last week's episode a lot of times it can feel like a fresh start but for a lot of us it

just feels like any other day.

And the new year doesn't magically change everything.

I wish that just turning our page on a calendar would miraculously just make things all better

or help us just free ourselves from things that we didn't like last year.

But it doesn't work like that, you all know that.

And it is a beautiful time to do some self reflection and to call in what we'd like

to really experience in the upcoming year.

It's sort of like if you go shopping and buy a bunch of new clothes, you want to clean
