Well, having more energy is not about going out

We are all energetic beings and very sensitive to the emotions of others in the general environment

of any situation, even if you're not aware of it consciously, you are consistently picking up stuff from your external environment.

Those of you who relate to being HSP, a highly sensitive person, know exactly what I'm talking about.

You feel other people's emotions and the vibe of a room, so much so that it can totally deplete you.

So how do we stop taking on other people's stuff and how do we go out and engage in our daily lives without feeling depleted.

So here are my five top tips for protecting your energy and this has been a huge part of my own development.

So first one, and this is the most important one, so this is in a particular order. Number one, stay out of judgment. And judgment doesn't just mean you're thinking badly about someone. Judgment is also pity.
