Hi everybody and welcome to Coaches Corner, I'm going to talk to you about self love today.

0:08.2

We all know self love is incredibly important but what exactly doesn't mean and how do

0:13.6

you actually do it?

0:16.2

That's what I'm going to cover today.

0:17.6

Okay, so let's all take a deep breath before we talk about self love, and that's one

0:24.4

of the things we can do to love ourselves is to actually breathe.

0:29.0

We're so disconnected from our body and our breath so much during the day, so it's always a good

1:21.9

your future self, but your current day self and your past self, which brings me to the next

1:27.1

component, self forgiveness. It's not beating yourself up for things in the past. It's having no

1:33.8

regrets, it's letting go, knowing that you learn lessons and moving on. It's forgiving yourself

1:39.8

for judgments you've made on yourself, and also forgiveness of others because holding on to anger,

1:44.8

resentment, perceived rejection or blame is not self loving and it really, really wears on you.

1:51.5

Which brings me to the next one, self expression. Often before we can get to forgiveness,

1:57.5

we have to emote our feelings, we have to express them not necessarily to the person,
