Hey everybody and welcome to an episode of Coaches Corner.

So in last week's episode I talked a lot about Soul Family and the importance of having people around us who have our back and can catch us

when we fall and I am very very very blessed to have an incredible soul family and one

member of that family is on our episode today and her name is Julie Elizabeth Day and

she has been a dear friend of mine for five years I think we met at a Thanksgiving party

and it was one of those oh my gosh where

have you been all my life and I also just got to spend a week in Colombia with her which

was such a treat because she used to live in LA and now she lives in Asheville. So let me tell you a

little bit about who Julie is in terms of what she does in the world and how she

expresses. So she is a spiritual therapist teacher, adventure, lover, and perpetual student.

She began her adult travels through Earth School as an actress in New York, obsessing over yoga, astrology, meditation, and

Louise Hay on the side. And through a series of life experiences and her own kind of

dark night of the soul, she had her own awakening and decided to pursue a different path and really

dove into a journey of deep human learnings and now she's so passionate about sharing those

learnings as a spiritual practitioner through the Agape International

Spiritual Center. She has a knack for helping others to access their

higher truth, connect to their team and the unseen, which we're going to be talking about today,
