| 0:44.0 | hear me take them back to childhood you know what happened what were your parents like |
| 0:48.1 | because pretty much everything that we're feeling believing acting |
| 0:52.3 | today is a result of what did or didn't happen to us in our formative years, |
| 0:58.0 | which is why it's so important to go back and actually heal the inner childhood, not just to have awareness about what happened to be able to tell our story, to be able to psycho analyze ourselves, |

| 1:11.0 | And I want to say a couple things. You don't have to go back and |
| 1:13.7 | relive traumatic events to heal and you don't have to have specific clear |
| 1:18.1 | memories to heal and transform. And you don't even have to feel like you can connect to your inner child to be able to heal because |
| 1:27.2 | I'm going to teach you how to do this in the workshop. |
| 1:30.2 | So when you join us for this three day virtual workshop and listen if you can't come live that's totally fine if it's time zone or you're busy or you just can't sit for a Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday, |
