Oh, well, I've coached for 20 years. I don't even know how long I've had this podcast

eight years now, seven, something like that. We're over 400 episodes just of coaching

calls. So multiply that by two, including Coach's Corner and we're almost at a thousand

episodes, which is pretty awesome. And I'm so glad that you're joining me today because

I have someone very special on the show today, someone who's special in my life. She is

a best friend of mine and a business partner of mine. Her name is Alexi Panos and she is

a coach and a speaker and an author and a mom and just a incredible human being who really

walks her talk. And why she's joining me today is because we're talking about the coaching
