I have some great interviews coming up for you in the next couple of weeks, but I want to just come on and chat with you today

about asking for help. And this is a big one for a lot of us a lot of us fine asking for help rather challenging or maybe

we do it but we do it with a little bit of a victim me tone to it or we do it but we don't think we're really

gonna get it back we kind of do it but just assume that we're gonna get it out
