someone on that could talk about the importance of play and connection

0:10.9

because this week's coaching episode with Helen was all about why we don't do the things that

are good for us like our self-care practices, meditation, so on and so forth and a big

0:20.9

reason why is because we need three kinds of connection,

connection with our self, connection with higher power,

1:05.4

1:10.6

1:15.2

when I talked to him but basically he cured his anxiety through connection and play and

1:22.3

now is committed to creating more playful adults.

1:26.7
