manning up. So let's start with manning up. And this question comes from Adam. He says, hi Christine, I'm 31 and live in Australia.

I love Australia. That's Christine talking, not Adam. I've hit a low recently in life and I started seeing a therapist that's great super empowering. I feel

I've bitten off more than I can chew financially and now I'm struggling to pay

bills. Mostly I feel drained and overwhelmed which has made me feel depressed.

I drive up to two and a half hours a day to and from work. I wake

up at 4.30 a.m. I'm in construction and keep on losing my train of thought and have screwed

up a few things at work as a result recently. I have a six year old with my partner as well and trying

to juggle them with my work and taking care of myself is becoming difficult to manage.

I feel locked in with my career as I have a car on finance and other debt that comes out of my

account each week.
